I started Valiant Resumes because there were many times when during my job search when I was perfectly qualified for jobs but was rejected. I know how frustrating it is to look for a job, only to receive a rejection letter before even speaking to a hiring manager. What is even more disheartening when you receive that "Thanks but no thanks" rejection letter after your interview that you thought went so well. Additionally, I’ve been on the recruiting side and know what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for. Because of these experiences, I decided to help job seekers succeed in their job search as much as possible by sharing my expertise. I’ve written resumes for over 28 years and helping others succeed is truly is my passion.
